Fundy Engineering provides concrete inspection and testing for commercial and industrial construction projects, as well as government and private projects.  Inspection is comprised of several different tests, including air entrainment testing, slump testing, compression testing and maturity method curing.  The tests are performed in accordance with ASTM or CSA standards.

The tests above provide information on the quality of the final concrete product.  Fundy Engineering also performs inspections on the formwork and reinforcing steel before the concrete is placed.

Post-construction forensic inspections are also part of our services.  The picture below is shows a basement wall that had failed.  Fundy Engineering was retained to inspect the concrete and determine the cause and nature of the failure.
